Refund policy
High On The Har partners with a third party provider to produce and ship all our logo-printed clothing and accessories products. We will always do our best to ensure the highest quality products and service, but we do rely on our partners for all our manufacturing and delivery, and we are not responsible for any mistakes or delays which may occur. All digital items will be forwarded to the email provided at checkout within 24 hours of the date of purchase, not including Shabbat or Holidays (based on Israel time). At this time, High On The Har does not accept returns, but we will provide a store credit if you are unsatisfied with your order.

Israel shipping policy
Orders are shipped via Israel Post during the first or third week of each month and can take up to four weeks to arrive in Israel or six to eight weeks to arrive overseas. Tracking numbers are not provided. We appreciate your patience as we manually fill purchase in the order received. If for any reason your product has not arrived within eight weeks of the date of purchase, please contact us at Shop@TheMikdashMarket.com
