when we launched high on the har, our most ambitious and seemingly most impossible dream, was to open a center for the temple mount as close to har habayit as possible before our ten year anniversary. but like many of achievements, this dream arrived sooner then we ever imagined.
During the height of the war, we were presented with the rare opportunity to rent the ground floor of a historic yeshiva on gilad street, directly behind the rova. and over the last 16 months we transformed this long forgotten, abandoned alcove into the heart and soul of our movement and our community.
but as the war continued, more tours were cancelled, and even fewer tourists had the chance to discover our truly magical, miraculous and meaningful spiritual center. and worse - we haven't had the chance to share it yet with many of you, our most dedicated supporters and long time friends.
(un)coincidentally, 36 bricks adorn the entrance of our new home by the har - the official high on the har community center in the heart of Jerusalem's old city, just steps from where the third temple will soon stand! help us keep our center open, and come share it with us when you return to israel, by joining our campaign as a Bayit builder.
