We will always do our best to ensure the highest quality products and service, but we do rely on our partners for all our manufacturing and delivery, and we are not responsible for any mistakes or delays which may occur. All digital items will be forwarded to the email provided at checkout within 24 hours of the date of purchase, not including Shabbat or Holidays (based on Israel time). At this time, High On The Har does not accept returns, but we will provide a store credit if you are unsatisfied with your order.
